Play With Your Food Book

Did you know there are so many developmental benefits just in making a PB&J sandwich??

Fine motor skills, hand strength, and even a little bit of creativity!

One extra thing we learned in this video is that this type of activity is a great way to introduce foods that your child doesn’t like the taste of! Or maybe texture or smell …whatever your particular case is. You’ll see here that she doesn’t even like jelly but gets hands-on because of the fun texture!

If your child doesn’t like the taste or smell of a certain food, don’t force them to eat it…Play With Your Food!
