"This book is my go to as a Occupational Therapist who deals with many children with sensory defensiveness . I also use this book as a guide in my own home dealing with a step daughter who is a serious picky eater !! By following the techniques in this book Sofia has started to try new foods and eating is becoming enjoyable in my home. " - Kathryn
"A very engaging book for a fun-filled, educational guide to improving food tolerance for children. I love the layout and the structure of the book, there's room for your notes next to each recipe. The recipes are explained easily, I can see how both the adult and the child work together to achieve results." - Gayle
"Love this book! It has awesome recipes and ideas for hours of fun with the kids! Both of my daughters (ages 2 & 6) absolutely LOVE recreating the recipes. It’s wonderful when teaching my younger one fine motor skills & my older one actually reads the book herself and tells ME which things she’d like to try." - ACE21
